J.C. Apparel was founded over 25 years ago by brothers Bram and Neil Miller. The company developed a niche as a reliable, fashion forward, moderately priced domestic manufacturer of babies', girls' and ladies wear.

Over the years, the company changed with the times, to become a major player in the import business in Canada, in private label clothing. Twelve years ago, the Millers took in a third partner, Murray Hersh, and together, they immersed themselves in the license and branded business. The portfolio is constantly being reviewed and renewed, to keep up with the latest hot properties.

The company has recently developed their own brand, LuvGear, which features, a world wide patent, and is unique in the marketplace.
In a challenging environment, the J.C.Kids Group is growing and thriving.
